To add diversity to the Japanese maple tree inkblot test, I present my Wisteria’s and Clematis’ fluffy sprouts.
It does appear that Mother Earth’s clock’s the same everywhere. The flower buds were not there last week but the warm sunny weather must have trigger the Spring festivities. I also noticed a cluster of furry pods on some Chelidonium Majus! I’ve been told that the flowering of Chelidonium marks the return of swallows in Spring.
And the little bonus of the day – a ladybird that clearly understands the expression “snug like a bug in a rug” !
